Description
A global and one of the world’s largest insurance services provider is seeking an experienced IT System Analyst to join the Data Platform Team. This team is focusing on focusing on data discovery, data analysis, and solution design for large-scale enterprise systems.
In this role, you will work closely with business users and technical delivery teams to convert requirements into clear functional documentation and high-quality data solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to confirm objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes
- Translate business needs into practical data solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements
- Investigate existing applications and databases to trace and identify original source data
- Work alongside development teams to define and implement data strategies, integrations, and data flows
- Provide guidance to analysts, engineers, and developers on system constraints, performance expectations, interfaces, and design feasibility
- Perform data profiling and metadata discovery including value patterns, distributions, key relationships, and dependencies
- Support the creation of logical and physical data models
- Produce clear system documentation including functional requirements documents and design documentation
- Prepare test cases and test data, execute validation activities, and collect test evidence for audit-ready delivery
Required Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a IT Systems Analyst, Business System Analyst, or in system development with strong analysis responsibility
- Strong capability in data/system analysis and requirement definition
- Proven experience creating functional requirements and supporting delivery teams
- Good knowledge of databases
- Strong understanding of data structures and data management principles
- Hands-on ability to write SQL queries
- Experience delivering successful projects with strong ownership and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills, including documentation, presentation, and cross-team coordination

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
