A Global Asset Management is seeking a bilingual Business Change Delivery Manager to support the CAO in leading and executing enterprise transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, and long-term business growth. These may include, among others, cross-functional, cross-regional or global programs such as optimization of the firm’s operating model, deployment of new business platforms, development and coordination of the firm’s digital / AI strategy, and team transitions.

Responsibilities:
- Support CAO in providing business change leadership for transformation programs
- Communicate program vision, goals, and progress to stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations
- Conduct business impact assessments, define key benefits, & manage stakeholder response plans
- Develop and drive transformation strategies aligned with firm priorities
- Deliver change management plans and ensure stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate multiple projects with internal teams, SMEs, and external vendors
- Lead stakeholder engagement across Japan and globally to drive awareness and adoption
- Partner with business units ensuring acceptance of new requirements, technologies, & operational readiness
- Monitor industry trends and promote adoption of emerging technologies through practical solutions

Required Skills:
- + 5 years of relevant work experience in program management, business analyst, change management or equivalent roles, preferably at asset management or financial services firm
- Good understanding of the asset management industry, knowledge of the regulatory environment and industry trends (including digital)
- Knowledge and experience in leading projects across the asset management activity value chain
- Ability to write business requirement specifications and requirement analysis frameworks
- Working knowledge related to multiple areas including, as the case may be, investment asset classes, portfolio management, performance & attribution, risk modeling, trade execution and other buy-side trade life cycle and monitoring processes
