Description
A Global Financial firm is looking for Business Analyst (International compliance system). This project require collaboration with project members belonging to other regions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the specific requirements for system implementation through requirements interviews and fit & gap analysis
- Create business processes to understand the overall system and identify process improvements
- After analyzing and considering business data, we design the system and decide the specifications with the developer
- Explain system specifications to users in an easy-to-understand manner and accept their feedback
- Conduct testing of developer deliverables in accordance with business requirements to ensure system quality
- Responding to daily incidents and maintaining normal system operation
- Facilitate regular meetings and promote communication among members
- Assist the PM in managing issues and ensuring smooth prioritization and schedule management
Required skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience participating in system implementation, preferably in SaaS project
- Proven experience in designing and implementing through requirement gathering, definition, implementation and develop system
- Good communication skills

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
