Description
A Global Enginerprise SAS is looking for a Bilingual AWS & Network Support Engineer. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, customer coordination, and operational support in a 24x7 production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide AWS and network infrastructure support for production systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with customers, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support releases, system changes, and operational activities.
- Contribute to service improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as required.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Networking and AWS support.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, ELB, and Auto Scaling.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, Routing, and Proxies.
- Experience with Linux administration and scripting.
- Experience working with Japanese customers and offshore teams.

Working Hours:
9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style:
Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays:
Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays (15-day annual paid leave and 6-day annual sick leave)
