Description
A globally expanding AI and manufacturing company is seeking an AI/GPU Engineer responsible for the repair and failure analysis of AI servers and GPU servers. Against the backdrop of the rapidly growing AI market, this is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI infrastructure equipped with NVIDIA GPUs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and test AI servers, GPU servers, and data center equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and conduct failure analysis (FA)
- Repair and replace GPUs, system boards, power supplies, storage devices, and network equipment
- Collaborate with Quality, Development, and Manufacturing teams on product improvement initiatives
- Create repair procedures, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides
- Handle RMA processes, warranty repairs, and support the operation of service depots
- Analyze recurring failures and propose quality improvement measures
- Provide technical support to customers and handle escalations
- Conduct training for repair technicians
- Travel to overseas repair centers and customer sites as required
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of servers, PCs, or data center equipment
- Experience in hardware failure diagnosis, failure analysis (FA), RMA operations, and technical support
- Knowledge of server/PC hardware, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, and networking, as well as basic Linux operations and log analysis
