Description
A Real Estate Service firm is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join its Digital & Technology department, responsible for developing AI-powered business applications and managing and operating cloud environments.
The successful candidate will be involved in the full application development lifecycle, from planning and design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, while also overseeing cloud infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered business applications.
- Manage and operate cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
- Identify and implement AI use cases in collaboration with business departments.
- Understand business requirements and underlying challenges, and propose and implement optimal AI-powered solutions.
- Develop applications across the full technology stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Manage cloud environments, including infrastructure setup, monitoring, incident response, account and access management, cost optimization, security, and governance.
- Design, build, operate, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure on Azure/AWS.
- Develop applications utilizing Generative AI (LLM) APIs and AI agents.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to development and operations.
- Develop internal AI usage guidelines and conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for employees.
- Collaborate with domestic and international technology teams and external vendors to propose improvements and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on full-stack web application development experience, including frontend, backend, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Practical experience developing applications utilizing AI technologies, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience building and operating systems on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Broad knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), including computing, networking, security, and monitoring.
- Strong communication and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate business requirements.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Business-level Japanese communication and documentation skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7 hours and 30 minutes work) *Flexible work hours available
