Description
A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Predictive Analytics for Insurance Data Assets) , to join the Data Management and Operations (DMO) Team.
Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy predictive models and LLM-based applications (RAG) using Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with our data engineering team to consume high-volume data (Parquet, CSV, Text) from ADLS and Synapse.
- App Architecture: Build serverless AI orchestration layers using Azure Functions to bridge models with end-user applications.
- Storage Optimization: Utilize Azure AI Search for low-latency retrieval of AI outputs and metadata storage.
- Operational Excellence: Implement MLOps best practices and integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production-grade AI/ML pipelines with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, and Hugging Face
- 3+ years of experience working with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot), including API integration, prompt engineering, and RAG-based solutions
- Experience with feature engineering and processing large-scale structured datasets (e.g., Parquet, Spark)
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry
- Solid understanding of data platforms such as Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Synapse Analytics, and NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB
- Experience with backend development (e.g., Azure Functions) and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data insights into measurable outcomes, supported by a solid foundation in AI/ML and statistical concepts

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
