A US world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented Solution Architect – Product Engineer to join the Architect Team.
You will be a key technical leader in the design, engineering, and implementation of a next generation core insurance system—focused on product configuration, performance, scalability, and robust backend services.
This is a high impact role suited for a hands-on architect who can guide full-stack engineers, optimize cloud-native solutions, and ensure enterprise-level performance, resilience, and security across the system.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the technical implementation of the Product Engineering platform within the policy administration system
- Understanding of solution architecture for backend services, microservices, APIs, and data integrations
- Work hands-on with Angular, Node.js, and NoSQL technologies to deliver scalable and performant solutions
- Understanding of engineering best practices in CI/CD, test automation, containerization, and cloud infrastructure
- Perform detailed system and performance analysis to ensure speed, efficiency, and fault tolerance
- Provide mentoring and guidance to development teams to ensure high code quality and architectural alignment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering and architectural trends, and introduce modern technologies where appropriate
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise systems
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Angular, and MongoDB or other NoSQL DBs
- Deep experience in architecting and deploying scalable microservices and event driven systems
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expertise in API design, system security, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end engineering architecture for complex platforms

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
