A Cutting-Edge Software Solutions Company revolutionizing the commercial real estate market in Japan is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. This is also a unique opportunity to work with the Elixir programming language.
Responsibilities:
- Be at the heart of developing our REMETIS platform, which means you'll write clean code and you'll be deeply involved in shaping how the product evolves
- Work closely with our product team to build features for our users. You'll be part of code reviews and technical discussions
- Bring their own ideas to the table, whether that's suggesting better tools, improving our processes, or finding smarter ways to solve problems
Required Skills:
- Ideally 6+ years of professional experience in web application development, including end-to-end involvement from design to operations
- Backend development experience using at least one server-side language (e.g., Elixir, Ruby, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript)
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, with considerations for security, performance, and scalability
- Database design and operations experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)

Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Full remote work / WeWork next to Toranomon Hills are available
Holidays: 20 days paid leave (5 days are granted on 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1 every year). Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays + 5 sick days
