A TechTravel firm is hiring for a Senior Project Manager.  The project is leading and managing the implementation of several services for accommodation facilities, both in Japan and overseas. The focus is on introducing IT solutions that enable digital transformation in hotels, resorts, and other lodging businesses.
As a Senior Project Manager in the Customer Engagement (CE) Division, you will oversee projects involving system integration and the rollout of new functionalities. This includes coordinating with internal teams (onboarding, technical support, customer success, BI) and external stakeholders (hotels, partners), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing, and promoting projects for customers 
- Coordinating with stakeholders, creating meeting minutes, and managing progress and issues
- Early risk detection and countermeasure implementation
- Conducting regular customer meetings
- Promoting and launching important company-wide projects
- Promoting process improvements and technology implementation
- Reporting to management and managing KPIs

Required Skills:
- Minimal 5 years experience in solid experience with experience handling project management in an IT/ System integration/ consulting firm 
- Comfortable in taking initiative and getting things done
- Experience or interest in international cooperation and coordination

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri) (Flex time, no core hours, 8 hours a day)
Working Style: e.g  Hybrid (3 days remote work, 2 days in office)
