A highly regarded global EV startup featured in various media outlets, is seeking a QA Lead to support its rapid business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in turning ideas into reality by contributing to all aspects of development for mobile applications and web systems through insightful feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of the development process
- Manage and ensure the quality assurance of projects
- Plan and execute test strategies
- Enhance testing efficiency through the creation and maintenance of automated tests
- Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders
- This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Requires skills:
- Experience leading a QA team as a QA leader on a product development team
- 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing web application tests, or equivalent experience (either automation or manual test)
- Experience in creating and managing test matrices (including test cases and test scenarios)
- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Driver's license
