A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Project management of application platform
- Communication with each service providers and tenants
- Service proposal
- Monthly billing report
- Ensures that the project goal is well-aligned and manages the project team to accomplish it with the required level of quality.
- Applies project management techniques to successfully deliver projects on scope, time and budget.
- Enables smooth communication among team members, and delivers timely status, issue, risk and performance updates to management.

Required Skills:
- Project management experience (minimum 3 years)
- Programming experience (minimum 1 year)
- PSM(Professional scrum master) or CSM(Certified scrum master)
- ITIL Foundation
