A Global IT Service is looking for Project Manager/Scrum Master in the Development Department. The Scrum Master serves as a dedicated facilitator and coach, empowering a self-organizing Scrum Team to achieve optimal performance and deliver maximum value. This role is pivotal in upholding Scrum principles and practices, ensuring adherence to the framework's ceremonies and artifacts. This role demands exceptional communication, active listening, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, coupled with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and a commitment to fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating and guiding all Scrum events, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, to ensure productive and time-boxed sessions
- Guiding the Development Team, Product Owner, and the organization in understanding and applying Scrum values, principles, and practices effectively. Promoting continuous improvement within the team
- Proactively identifying and diligently working to remove any obstacles or impediments hindering the team's progress, thereby fostering a smooth workflow
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of inspect and adapt, and advocating for process enhancements to elevate team efficiency and product quality
- Protecting the Development Team from external distractions and interferences, allowing them to maintain focus on sprint goals and product delivery
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the Scrum Team and external stakeholders
