An European Insurance firm is looking for a talented Product Owner, in the P&C Insurance Solutions’ Team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Communicate product vision and priorities to internal teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the core system
- Managing technical debt of the product
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Suite or similar insurance core systems
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on driving business value
- Understanding of the automobile insurance business domain
