A Global IT Service firm is seeking a bilingual Product Manager to the Back Office Support System team to manage and evolve Japan’s leading Order Management System (OMS).
You will define the product vision, propose new features, and work closely with engineers, designers, and QA to deliver impactful releases.

Responsibilities:
- Propose new features
- Define requirements for feature development as well as future product vision and strategy
- Handle user inquiries
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Prioritize product roadmap and backlog
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Manage stakeholder communication and alignment

Required skills:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience with high-volume, mission-critical systems
- Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams using product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions using SQL
- Understanding of system architecture and API integration concepts
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and process diagrams
