A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual IT Vendor & Contract Manager in the Information Technology Division.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the IT teams in collecting all their service requests and coordinating their contract submissions to IT vendors are done on time and following best practices
- Partners with Vendors to ensure their SOWs are well structured with complete and clear descriptions of the services in scope and matching that the services requested by IT match those included in the contract
- Coordinates Japan contact approvals with Global stakeholders, submitting Japan IT contracts in the appropriate submission tools required in Global governance forums where different leadership approvals are required
- Works closely with the legal and compliance teams on Labor related matters ensuring that all contracts are complaint with Labor Law and Policies
- This role is a key partner to Sourcing coordinates with local and global procurement teams to ensure that contracts are properly reviewed and cost negotiated
- This position also manages the different vendors’ relationships at an execution level and acts as a point of contact for any escalation in service quality issues within IT
- Financially, the overall contract spends on 3rd party Professional fees and Licensing cost, ensuring proper cost classification of each item (Direct GOE or CAPEX) and works closely with Finance to ensure contract spend approvals are within approved budgets and the latest financials forecast
- This role is also responsible for training the IT teams (recurring annual trainings or training newcomers) on best practices on how to follow the contract management processes
Required Skills:
- 3+ years in a similar role with a proven success record
- Good understanding of contract management lifecycle and related Finance terms and concepts
- Basic knowledge of IT services
- Self-starter and self-driven

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks and meet delivery deadlines

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
