Lead the overall business operations of a growing retail chain

Drive store performance, sales growth, and operational excellence across the network

Shape and execute merchandising and assortment strategies aligned with market positioning

Oversee day-to-day retail operations, field execution, and store standards

Align marketing initiatives with commercial and customer objectives
-
Ensure strong financial governance, margin control, and long-term business sustainability
-
Develop operational systems, SOPs, and performance frameworks
-
Build, structure, and lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance
-
Partner closely with group leadership on expansion plans and business direction

Take an active, hands-on leadership approach in both strategic planning and field execution
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required
-
Proven track record leading a retail chain business at GM, BU Head, or senior retail leadership level
-
Strong experience managing multiple functions, including Operations, Merchandising, Commercial, and financial oversight
-
Demonstrated success in scaling store networks and leading expansion initiatives
-
Experience building teams, systems, and processes within a growing business environment
-
Strong commercial mindset with solid profitability management capability
-
Exposure to retail markets across Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, etc.) is highly valued
-
Background in convenience store, small supermarket, or similar high-volume retail formats is an advantage
