An IT Governance and Security firm is looking for an experienced Global IT PMO As global IT projects continue to increase, the importance of cost allocation, contract management, and project progress visibility between the Tokyo headquarters and overseas subsidiaries is growing.
This role supports global IT projects between the Tokyo headquarters and overseas subsidiaries, focusing on cost allocation, contract management, and PMO (Project Management Office) functions.
Centered on managing CCAs, the role also involves coordinating global meetings and monitoring progress on large-scale IT initiatives, contributing broadly to IT governance.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and control of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCA)
- Support for contract execution related to IT projects and shared services between HQ and overseas subsidiaries
- Coordination of global meetings (scheduling, document collection and organization, etc.)
- Progress monitoring of large-scale IT projects
- Preparation of progress reports for management
- General operational support within the team, including: assistance with document preparation, Internal approval and application procedures etc.
- CCA management will be a core responsibility of this position.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong communication skills to work smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working as a PMO (preferred if managed global/overseas projects)
- Experience drafting and reviewing English-Japanese contracts
- Knowledge/Experience within the area of Cost Contribution Agreements (CCA), cost allocation, budget management, contract management

Working Hours: Full flextime system (no core hours), Monday to Friday
Work Style: Fully remote within Japan, flextime system (standard working hours: 8 hours per day)
