One of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is looking for Business Systems Analyst .

Responsibilities:
-   Analyze user stories and translate them into system requirements and design.
-   Design and document both Salesforce internal systems and backend integrations (APIs, authentication, etc.).
-   Act as the bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring backend processes support AI-related business requirements.
-   Communicate requirements clearly to the development team in English and Japanese.
-   Manage schedules and coordinate tasks to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   Strong Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge and experience.
-   Hands-on experience with backend integration design (APIs, authentication, system connectivity).
-   System architecture design capability.
-   Strong coordination and schedule management skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
