EC Marketplace Development Department of an IT Service firm is looking for an Android Engineers to develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on UX/UI, performance, and reliability

Responsibilities:
- Develop intuitive and attractive Android applications based on UX/UI principles, considering device-specific functionalities such as camera, GPS, and notifications
- Participate in coding and testing of Android applications to ensure high performance and reliability
- Implement features according to specifications and integrate them into existing codebases
- Maintain and improve app performance, code quality, and scalability
- Collaborate with Android development team members in English to deliver high-quality mobile solutions
- Consume RESTful APIs and integrate them into the application
- Apply mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, or VIPER
- Utilize SQLite, Room, or other local persistence frameworks to manage app data
- Implement threading and concurrency mechanisms using Kotlin coroutines
- Use Git for version control and code management

Required Skills:
- 6+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Hilt
- Ability to read, understand, and implement specifications in an existing Android codebase
- Experience with SQLite, Room, or other local persistence frameworks
- Knowledge of threading and concurrency mechanisms (e.g., Kotlin coroutines)
- Understanding and implementation experience of common mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, VIPER)
- Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs (e.g., Retrofit, OkHttp)
- Proficiency with Git
- Ability to communicate effectively in English within the development team
