職務内容
A Global Financial firm is seeking an Automation Services Product Owner to help shape and deliver enterprise risk management capabilities using the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platforms. The role is responsible for defining product direction, managing priorities, and working closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to deliver solutions that support governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
This role requires someone with strong product ownership skills, good stakeholder management, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and help evolve the product vision and roadmap for IRM and TPRM capabilities
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support delivery of business value
- Partner with engineering teams on planning, delivery, testing, and release activities
- Support integrations with related enterprise applications and data sources
- Help coordinate platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to define success measures, reporting, and performance metrics
- Support evaluation of vendors and solutions where relevant
- Help ensure user-friendly workflows and practical adoption across risk and compliance teams
- Provide support, guidance, and training to users and stakeholders as needed
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing product team and mentor junior team members where appropriate
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, program leadership, or a similar role
- Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong experience defining priorities, managing backlogs, and delivering business-focused enhancements
- Good understanding of risk, compliance, audit, vendor risk, or third-party risk processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data and feedback to support product decisions
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
