職務内容
A Global Pharmaceutical are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager.
Digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advanced, and the associated security requirements continue to evolve on a daily basis. As a result, this role offers an exceptional environment for growth and development as a cybersecurity professional.This position provides the opportunity to lead end-to-end cybersecurity initiatives across the company, ranging from company-wide cybersecurity strategy and monitoring to incident response, security culture development, and talent cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Formulation and execution of company-wide cybersecurity strategy
- Policy development and enhancement for cyber risk management, incident response, and cyber BCP
- Technical leadership of the security monitoring and incident response team, focusing on damage containment and minimization
- Fostering a strong security culture, including awareness programs, training initiatives, and talent development
- Driving cross-functional, enterprise-wide security initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, internal and external coordination, and collaboration with vendors and partners
- Budgeting and resource planning and securing, including obtaining internal approvals
- Reporting to and making proposals for executive management
Required skills:
- Leading experience in cybersecurity management operations (at least 5 years)
- Experience in planning and promoting company-wide or cross-departmental cybersecurity measures
- Experience in responding to cybersecurity incidents (as a lead)

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core time)
Work Style: H ybrid (1 day a week in the office)
