職務内容
A global manufacturer in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced Junior Digital Workplace Consultant to drive large-scale modernization and optimization initiatives across its enterprise end-user computing environment.
This position focuses on the strategic modernization and optimization of the company’s digital workplace platforms, including PC clients, virtual desktop environments, and Microsoft 365 services used by more than 10,000 users. The role combines architecture design, transformation leadership, global coordination, and product ownership responsibilities. You will work closely with global infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless migrations, strong user experience, and long-term operational stability.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive modernization strategies for the enterprise digital workplace environment, including PC lifecycle, VDI, and Microsoft 365
- Design scalable and user-centric workplace architectures aligned with global standards and business requirements
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and translate them into practical, high-value service offerings
- Establish and lead working groups to execute workplace transformation initiatives
- Lead large-scale workplace migration and environment refresh programs, including mass rollouts
- Coordinate closely with global infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of technical direction and implementation models
- Design change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth user transitions
- Identify and mitigate risks impacting user productivity or service stability
- Act as a product owner for digital workplace services, maintaining a holistic view of user experience and service quality
- Incorporate architectural knowledge and best practices from global headquarters into local environments
- Establish and refine operational models based on IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
- Manage vendors and service partners to ensure performance, stability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business units, application teams, and infrastructure teams to align workplace capabilities with operational needs
- Translate complex technical topics into clear and actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders
- Foster a user-focused and innovation-driven workplace services environment
- Support governance, compliance, and service quality objectives.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT, with strong exposure to enterprise digital workplace or infrastructure environments
- Proven experience designing, implementing, or supporting digital workplace platforms such as PC environments, VDI, and Microsoft 365
- Practical experience in infrastructure management and operations, including deployment, migration, and end-user support models
- Solid understanding of modern workplace technologies and service design considerations
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, including service operations and vendor coordination
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
