職務内容
A Global Automotive firm is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect (Datacenter & Hybrid Cloud Services) to play a central role in designing and establishing a next-generation enterprise datacenter service landscape.
This position focuses on building and transitioning to a new enterprise datacenter environment. The role combines architecture, migration strategy, and long-term product ownership responsibilities. You will work at the forefront of infrastructure transformation, collaborating closely with global teams, business partners, and application stakeholders to ensure a resilient and future-ready datacenter services model.
Responsibilities:
- Design the roadmap to integrate existing datacenter architecture
- Identify synergies, close technical gaps, and scale infrastructure globally
- Transfer architectural and product ownership
- Define global standards, governance, and infrastructure ownership
- Create high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD)
- Define implementation standards and operational procedures
- Act as L3/L4 escalation point for major incidents
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and prevent recurring issues
- Drive hardware refresh, migration, and hybrid cloud roadmap
- Ensure long-term scalability and performance
- Work with global infrastructure teams, business partners, and IT stakeholders
- Align across regions to ensure a successful transformation
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with exposure to enterprise environments and large-scale systems
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise IT architecture, including datacenter operations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, and digital workplace technologies
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise datacenter solutions, including HLD/LLD, capacity planning, and high availability (HA/DR) architectures
- Experience in hybrid cloud integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premise infrastructure and cloud environments
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, load balancing, and secure connectivity across distributed environments
- Practical experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL), including incident, problem, and change management processes in production environments
- Ability to act as a technical escalation point (L2/L3), supporting troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams, infrastructure teams, and global IT organizations
- Strong vendor management experience, working with external partners and system integrators to deliver projects and operational support
- Proven ability to work in global, multi-region environments, aligning with international standards and driving consistent infrastructure practices
