職務内容
A Global Automotive firm is looking for a highly experienced IT Manager/Senior Manager – Digital Transformation & Governance to lead our various subsidiaries and teams for governance, coordination, and transformation initiatives across its global manufacturing IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and govern IT systems and initiatives across multiple production subsidiaries
- Ensure alignment with global production IT standards and frameworks
- Drive standardization while balancing local operational requirements
- Establish consistent governance models across manufacturing sites
- Act as the central coordination point between production, IT, and business stakeholders
- Engage with senior stakeholders across production, cybersecurity, operations, and sales
- Collaborate closely with global counterparts, including European teams (e.g., Portugal)
- Travel to production sites to align with local leadership and operational team
- Drive digital manufacturing initiatives and support the production IT roadmap
- Lead modernization of legacy manufacturing systems and platforms
- Enable innovation across shopfloor systems, MES, and production technologies
- Promote integration and optimization of manufacturing IT environments
- Ensure reliable and secure operation of production IT systems (MES, quality, engineering interfaces)
- Maintain operational continuity across manufacturing environments
- Coordinate incident resolution and system improvements across sites
- Manage external vendors and technology partners supporting manufacturing IT systems
- Ensure delivery quality, performance, and alignment with organizational goals
- Manage and lead a team of approximately 10 members
- Provide leadership, direction, and development for team members
- Foster a structured, proactive, and performance-driven culture
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT environment and DX
- Proven experience managing teams (not first-time manager)
- Experience coordinating IT across multi-site or global production environments
- Knowledge of system integration between enterprise (ERP) and manufacturing platforms
- Experience in digital transformation (DX) or IT modernization initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
