職務内容
A Global Insurance firm is looking for a Senior Development Specialist to help modernize and enhance our core business systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-critical applications while collaborating with global teams and influencing the future of our technology landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive application development from planning through implementation
- Define system specifications and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions supporting Policy Administration Systems and related platforms
- Contribute innovative technical ideas and participate in design and code reviews with peers, architects, and managers
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable development practices across projects
Required Skills:
- Experience with system specification and requirements definition
- Hands-on experience in application development and system enhancement (Open to any technology stack, including Java, .NET, C#, Python, and others)
- Experience developing or enhancing mission-critical business systems in the financial services or insurance environments
