職務内容
A world leading sporting goods manufacture is looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst (AI/DX) to support enterprise AI adoption initiatives and drive internal Digital Transformation projects across multiple business functions.
This role sits within the Enterprise IT Solutions team and focuses on bridging business needs with AI and technology solutions. This is a highly collaborative and business-facing role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and product-thinking capabilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/DX initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and operational improvement opportunities
- Create requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and backlog items
- Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Analyze product usage and user feedback to recommend feature improvements and enhancements
- Support prioritization of initiatives based on business value and operational impact
- Contribute to product and workflow optimization from a business and user perspective
- Plan and facilitate internal AI workshops and awareness sessions
- Promote practical use cases for Generative AI technologies including ChatGPT, RAG, and LLM-based solutions
- Support AI adoption initiatives across departments through consulting and knowledge-sharing activities
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and internal documentation
- Drive best practice sharing and internal AI community engagement initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, AI engineers, and leadership teams
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and alignment sessions
- Support communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Provide structured updates and support project coordination activities
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role. (Business analysis, requirements definition, and documentation)
- Experience managing stakeholders and facilitating discussions across teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Product thinking and process improvement
- Data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
- Agile/Scrum project environments
- Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Generative AI technologies including RAG, chatbots, and LLM applications
- UX/UI concepts and prototyping tools such as Figma or Miro
