職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a bilingual QA Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall QA and Quality Engineering strategy, including quality KPIs and governance
- Lead test planning, execution, and release quality decisions for large-scale web platforms
- Drive test automation initiatives and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and improve quality processes across functional, integration, performance, and UI/UX testing
- Promote AI-driven QA practices, including test automation, defect analysis, and productivity improvements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality and business alignment
- Build, manage, and scale the QA organization through coaching, recruitment, and team development
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering, including 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role
- Proven experience managing quality for large-scale web services or platforms
- Hands-on experience developing automated testing frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UI/UX testing
- Experience defining QA strategies, quality KPIs, and implementing Shift-Left and Quality by Design practices
- Practical experience using Generative AI/LLMs to improve QA processes and engineering productivity, combined with strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
