職務内容
A German Financial Services firm is looking for IT Project Manager. This project is a cloud migration from on-premise application to cloud system project for the Dealer Support System called Evas system.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PMO activities across IT application development and enhancement projects
- Develop, manage, and maintain WBS and integrated project plans
- Oversee project governance, including status tracking, risk/issue management, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors, offshore teams) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare executive-level reporting materials
- Monitor project progress, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions proactively
- Support release planning, UAT coordination, and overall delivery lifecycle management
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior PMO members and project coordinators, supporting their professional development
- Ensure adherence to internal standards, processes, and best practices
Required skills:
- 8+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management within IT application environments
- Proven experience in large-scale program coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Strong experience in WBS development, scheduling, and project planning tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior/executive communication
- Experience working in global / multi-regional environments
- Solid understanding of SDLC and IT application delivery lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
