職務内容
A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is hiring a senior technology leader: AVP – Claims Software Engineering Division.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, release, and operations
- Oversee and manage Claims systems and applications to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Align technology delivery with business objectives and Claims operations needs
- Ensure systems are stable, secure, and high-performing
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies, including cloud (preferably Azure), APIs/microservices, and AI/ML solutions
- Lead modernization efforts to transform legacy systems into scalable, future-ready platforms
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap and engineering strategy
- Provide strong engineering leadership by managing global teams and fostering Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD culture
- Handle incident escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous system improvements
- Manage stakeholders and vendors, collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners while tracking KPIs, system performance, and delivery outcomes
Required Skills:
- 12~15+ years’ experience in: Software Engineering Leadership
- Strong experience in Financial Services or Insurance domain
- Strong experience in: Cloud (Azure preferred) / APIs - Microservices / AI / ML / Big Data / DevOps, CI/CD, Agile
- Experience modernizing legacy systems → cloud platforms
- Proven ability to lead large, global engineering teams

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
