We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect / Network Engineer to design, operate, and enhance enterprise infrastructure, networking, and hybrid cloud environments within a leading insurance group.

As part of the Technical Services team, you will be responsible for enterprise infrastructure architecture, network operations, Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, and the continuous improvement of internal and external system platforms. You will work closely with internal IT teams, regional offices, and external partners to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, operational efficiency, and system availability.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on enterprise infrastructure projects and technology initiatives.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to enhance system performance and prevent operational issues.
- Participate in infrastructure design and implementation for new systems and projects.
- Support day-to-day infrastructure operations, including platform maintenance, system monitoring, audit support, vendor management, and IT asset management.
- Drive initiatives related to vulnerability management, security enhancement, traffic optimization, and infrastructure modernization.
- Support hybrid cloud environments utilizing Microsoft Azure alongside on-premises infrastructure.
- Work closely with application development teams, regional offices, and external vendors to deliver infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
- Experience building and supporting enterprise network environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, or systems operations.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, maintenance, and system stability.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, overseas offices, and external vendors.
- Experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
