職務内容
A reknowed US entertainment business firm is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst. This role is part of the Technical & Support Operations (Tech Ops) team within the Studio Experience Technology department.
The team is responsible for supporting IT systems related to tour operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for users, handling daily incidents and change requests
- Manage both hardware and software-related issues
- Primarily provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Store Commerce)
- Take ownership of tracking and reporting case progress, working closely with internal teams to drive issue resolution
- Escalate issues to overseas teams when necessary, requiring strong communication skills in both Japanese & English
Required skills:
- Provide technical support to project teams
- Coordinate and negotiate with external partners and vendors
- Perform system maintenance and configuration changes
- Handle hardware setup, installation, and asset management
- Conduct regular PCI/SOX audits
- Prepare various documentation
- Deliver user training
