職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a Project Manager who can contribute to the stable operation and security enhancement of the cloud environment.
As part of the Cloud CoE (Center of Excellence), this role is responsible for overall project governance, including schedule management, coordination with user teams, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring project teams can stay focused on achieving their objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, progress tracking, resource management, risk management, and issue resolution for cloud security guardrail implementation projects
- Manage project scope and timelines
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage expectations
- Identify challenges and drive resolution to ensure project success
- Define requirements, design, and drive implementation of security guardrails based on internal cloud security policies and best practices
- Work with security teams to incorporate the latest threat intelligence and regulatory requirements into guardrails
- Collaborate with development and business teams to minimize impact while improving overall security posture
- Partner with other members of the Cloud CoE to strengthen cloud governance across the organization
- Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, implementation procedures, and operational guidelines for security guardrails
- Develop and promote common security standards and best practices
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, issues, and outcomes
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of practical experience in IT project management (experience in infrastructure, security, or cloud-related projects is highly desirable)
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
- Fundamental understanding of security concepts, including network security, authentication and authorization, and data protection
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, security, business units, and senior management
- Strong problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and issue identification skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Public cloud certification(s) (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience using Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
