職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is looking for Web Application QA Lead for the Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- As a QA Lead, actively participate in projects and be responsible for everything from planning QA implementation to execution and reporting
- Improve testing processes and promote required standardization
- Take the initiative in coordinating and negotiating with other companies, other departments within the company, and offsite with whom we have cooperative relationships, and strive to provide better outputs quickly
- Review and provide feedback on test specifications and test cases
- Cultivate future leader candidates through education to improve the overall productivity of the team
Required skills:
- More than 5 years of experience in application test design
- Experience in API/UI test automation development and non-functional testing
- Knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
- Experience in nurturing at least one junior member
- Ability to communicate while involving stakeholders
