職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Service Planning : Plan services for users and clients in line with the organization's business strategy / Analyze business needs, existing services, and workflows to define requirements and build systems / Propose new service features based on information gathered from internal and external sources, contributing to business growth.
- Project Management : Work with engineers to ensure project success and manage QCD (quality, cost, and delivery).
- Communication and Negotiation : Effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and propose annual development plans.
Required skills;
- 3+ years of project management experience (planning, schedule management, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in defining requirements and formulating system specifications for medium-sized web/native applications
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid
- Practical experience in one of the following: web application development, native application development, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or web design
- 3+ years of experience in access analysis
- Web application development (both front-end and back-end) (Nice to have)
- Native application development (iOS/Android) (Nice to have)
- Front-end development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (Nice to have)
- Deep understanding and practice of UI/UX (Nice to have)
- Market research and competitive analysis experience (Nice to have)
