職務内容
This is an excellent opportunity to drive high-impact technology projects that transform business operations through AI, analytics, and automation. Working with global teams across Japan and overseas, you will bridge business and technology while delivering enterprise-scale initiatives from planning through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and Digital Transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and overall project execution.
- Develop project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and data-driven improvements.
- Translate business requirements into technical project plans and coordinate execution across cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, vendors, and global teams.
- Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor project KPIs, business value, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and executive reporting to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering AI, Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, timelines, and governance.
- Working knowledge of AI platforms, Data & Analytics, BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or RPA.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
