An Insurance firm is looking for a talented Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Technology Transformation) to lead a strategic, enterprise-wide technology transformation program.
You will be responsible for driving initiatives focused on reducing technical debt, deploying global solutions, enhancing operational stability and Quality of Service (QoS), and enabling business transformation through Data & AI platform capabilities.As the Program Manager, you will work closely with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap spanning multiple business domains and technology functions. You will operate in a complex environment involving both local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, technology investments, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define program vision, strategic objectives, KPIs, and success measures in collaboration with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive 3-year program roadmap, including delivery plans, budget plans, and benefit realization plans.
- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent technology projects across various business and technology domains.
- Monitor program performance against timelines, budgets, benefits, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
- Challenge project plans and priorities to ensure alignment with program objectives and organizational strategy.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, steering committees, and decision-making processes.
- Organize and facilitate executive reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
- Act as the central communication hub, ensuring alignment and transparency across local and global stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, and global counterparts.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and benefit realization activities.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate initiatives spanning infrastructure, cloud platforms, middleware, workplace technologies, enterprise applications, Data & AI platforms, and operational services.
- Drive technical modernization initiatives, including technical debt reduction and platform transformation.
- Promote project management best practices and support project teams in delivering according to company governance standards.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement across all projects within the program.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-year technology transformation programs involving local and global stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects, budgets, vendors, and technology workstreams simultaneously.
- Expertise in program governance, roadmap development, business case creation, financial management, and benefits realization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including: Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Infrastructure & Operations, Middleware Technologies and so on
- Experience working across multiple technology teams, including infrastructure, cloud, middleware, workplace, security, and application development.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and influence decision-making.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect individual projects to broader business transformation objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
