職務内容
A Global Asset Management firm is seeking a bilingual Technical Leader to take a central technical leadership role in modernizing its internal digital workplace. You will shape the architecture, governance, and delivery of secure, scalable solutions across Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Azure, and Copilot technologies. This role offers broad technical ownership of the Microsoft platform roadmap, solution delivery, and automation and AI initiatives, with strong stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to drive digital transformation in financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy, architecture, standards, and delivery of secure and scalable Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure solutions
- Own the full solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis and AS-IS/TO-BE design through development, testing, deployment, release, and operational transition
- Lead Power Platform governance, including the Center of Excellence, environment strategy, DLP, access control, auditing, ALM, and release management
- Guide developers, analysts, administrators, and vendors through design/code reviews, quality assurance, and resolution of complex technical issues
- Manage stakeholder requirements, priorities, risks, progress, and expectations while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Evaluate Copilot and emerging Microsoft technologies to identify opportunities for automation, productivity improvement, and innovation
Required Skills:
- +7 years relevant IT experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, or a comparable enterprise environment
- Advanced hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, administration, and governance
- Strong SharePoint Online experience covering architecture, site design, permissions, content management, search, lifecycle management, and integration with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Power Platform CoE, environment strategy, DLP, security, auditing, access management, and operational governance
- Knowledge of solution architecture, REST APIs, systems integration, Azure services, SQL, and Dataverse
- Experience with ALM and DevOps using Power Platform Solutions, PAC CLI, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
- Proven experience technically leading application development or digital-transformation projects across requirements, design, development, testing, release, and operational handover
- Strong business analysis, project management, vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience guiding internal developers, external vendors, and cross-functional teams, including conducting design and code reviews
