職務内容
A Global IT Service Firm is seeking a Technical Leader. The ideal candidate will plan and design the technical solution, communicate with stakeholders and work with the development team to deliver the product
Responsibilities:
- Understand product needs to define system specifications
- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams
- Evaluate and select appropriate software/hardware and suggest/design integration methods
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members
- Hands on and assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Required Skills:
- At least 10 years of experience in product development
- Experience in leading an engineering team
- Communication skill to keep various stakeholders on the same page
- Proven experience on Architecture design, programming languages (Java/JavaScript/HTML), databases (MySQL, MongoDB), frameworks (Spring/Spring boot/jQuery)
- Proven experience of troubleshooting and data analysis
- Have a mindset to be proactive and have a passion for continuous improvement
- Proactive self-starter with self-motivated mind
- Strong get-things-done mind with a sense of ownership

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
