職務内容
A Global IT Service is looking for a bilingual Tech Lead who will be responsible for managing and providing technical support to highly skilled interns, driving the growth of various AI services.
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of engineering interns
- Support for planning and development of new and existing services
- User research, market research, and competitor analysis
- Support for service requirement definition and specification creation
- Participation in meetings with development teams and designers
- Post-service release performance measurement and improvement proposals
- Other wide-ranging tasks related to service development
Required Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in implementing machine learning/generative AI
- 3+ years’ Experience as a team leader or mentor
- Knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
