職務内容
Global tech & telecom company is looking for a Senior Security Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, triage, and respond to client security alerts and incidents
- Investigate and resolve outages or abnormal behaviors on MSS products
- Implement customer change requests and perform complex system updates
- Manage technical workload, escalate issues, and support L1 SOC Analysts
- Develop enhancements, tools, processes, and update SOPs
- Train, mentor, and support Security Analysts while collaborating with clients and vendors
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years in Information Security within SOC environments
- Skilled in threat analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
- Experience with OS (Windows/Linux), networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Hands-on with SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tools
- Strong ITIL knowledge, customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills

Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) / Flex time
Working Style: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
