職務内容
A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen the reliability, security, and performance of its critical systems.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvements across cloud infrastructure, security operations, and service reliability. Working closely with development and operations teams in a global environment, you will leverage data-driven insights and modern cloud technologies to enhance system resilience, optimize operational processes, and ensure high service availability.
Responsibilities:
- Propose architecture improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance system availability and security
- Improve and standardize operational processes, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date documentation
- Drive initiatives to optimize system performance, capacity, security, and operational costs
- Identify system bottlenecks and implement both short-term fixes and long-term solutions
- Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to continuously improve service quality
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence
- Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality and mitigate security risks
- Strengthen application monitoring, security, and operational frameworks
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage alerts and respond to incidents
- Provide technical leadership and share knowledge through technical reviews, demonstrations, and team discussions
Required Skills:
- Security / SecOps: Hands-on experience in security monitoring and operations using SIEM/SOAR solutions, such as Splunk and Azure Sentinel
- Cloud Operations: Experience managing cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure, although AWS and GCP experience is also welcome. Experience monitoring cloud infrastructure and improving system availability is essential
- SRE / DevOps: Experience with production monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, incident response, and initiatives to improve system reliability
