職務内容
An European Financial Services firm is hiring for a Senior Specialist, DevOps Test. This role requires close collaboration with the offshore development team in India to ensure smooth deployment, continuous monitoring, and proactive maintenance of critical financial systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day application operations for financial systems, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and adherence to security standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the offshore development team in India to provide technical support and resolve application issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, supporting automation of deployments and environment consistency.
- Monitor application health using modern monitoring and alerting tools; diagnose and troubleshoot incidents to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and incident resolutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and support application enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance to optimize application stability and responsiveness.
- Stay current with evolving DevOps methodologies, financial industry regulations, and technology trends to recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years experience - Proven Application maintenance with DevOps Experience (Financial Systems Preferred)
- Strong DevOps & Cloud Capability – practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation/scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
- Production Support & Incident Management Expertise - Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues using tools like Splunk, Grafana, or ELK, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

Working Style: Hybrid allowed, but depending on work load
