A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that solve real business challenges. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications while driving engineering excellence and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Improve application performance, reliability, and security
- Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Monitor production systems and resolve technical issues
- Maintain technical documentation for applications and APIs
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements
- Support compliance, audit, and security requirements
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of web application development experience using Django and ReactJS, with strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker, including development, deployment, and maintenance of production applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) and the ability to manage both new feature development and ongoing application support
