職務内容
A leading hospitality SaaS company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Gen AI with Product Management Department .
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the roadmap for GenAI platform and agentic commerce initiatives
- Drive AI Discoverability (AEO) initiatives to improve how hotel inventory is surfaced and recommended by LLMs
- Lead the implementation of AI commerce standards and protocols, including MCP and UCP
- Own the roadmap for traveler-facing AI agents covering trip planning, discovery, and booking experiences
- Define AI-powered operational tools that enable hotel operators to manage revenue, guest communications, and workflows through natural-language interactions
- Translate data assets into scalable AI products through collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Business teams
- Monitor product success through metrics such as AI Discovery Share, Zero-Click Conversion, and direct revenue contribution
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C SaaS Product Management
- At least 2 years of experience working on AI/ML-powered products
- Strong understanding of structured data, API design, and AI agent integration frameworks
- Experience defining product strategy and translating vision into successful execution
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and product prioritization
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product execution and technical validation
