職務内容
A Global EV startup is seeking a Senior/Lead Backend Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead backend development as a Senior/Lead Engineer within a diverse, international team, driving scalable solutions using Python and AWS serverless technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams and other departments to design, build, and maintain features, while ensuring smooth operations and timely bug resolution
- Own technical initiatives by defining architecture, managing project timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with business goals
- Ensure high-quality application performance and reliability, leveraging technologies such as MySQL/NoSQL, AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.), and Firebase, along with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Slack
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
- Experience building APIs from scratch
- Deep understanding of serverless architecture and best practices
- Strong knowledge of software design and architecture
- Experience leading projects, including task management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
