職務内容
A Japan-based startup supported by one of the largest enterprises in the country is seeking a Senior Backend Developer.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for a warehouse automation platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop solutions
- Implement efficient and scalable solutions using PostgreSQL
- Optimize backend performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Contribute to the development of edge computing solutions operating on local warehouse networks
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of backend development experience in SaaS/B2B environments
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization, particularly PostgreSQL
- Experience with RESTful/gRPC APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other developers and deliver efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Style: Hybrid — required to work in the office once a week and visit client sites once a month.
