職務内容
A global Financial Firm is seeking a Senior Associate Developer for Trading/ Equity System. This role will focus on supporting the in-house development of applications primarily used by Global Markets and Middle Office divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and proposing solutions for business challenges in user departments and driving projects to realization
- Managing development teams comprised of members from various locations and domestic developers
- Designing, implementing, releasing, and maintaining functionality for the stock lending system (front and middle system)
- Managing contract and deliveries with information vendors and software vendor companies in Japan
- Providing L3 support during incidents and supporting user inquiries regarding system functionality
Required skills:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a hands-on Software Developer in Java and Python in developing front office systems, completed at least 2 full software life cycle development
- Great communication skills as you will need to deal with traders directly

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
