A Global Digital Marketing solutions firm is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Product Manager . As the Product team is expanding, there are opportunities to take on leadership roles within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Agile Development / Scrum Execution
- Facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, etc.)
- Drive continuous process improvement with the team
- Organize information and visualize progress using tools such as target processes and Confluence
- Coordinate requirements and priorities with stakeholders; manage the product backlog
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, and data teams to advance development
- Work with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
- Design KPIs, measure outcomes, and make improvement proposals
- Conduct feature design and project management that integrates both user and business perspectives
- Collaboration: Go beyond completing your own tasks—foster mutual understanding and cooperation to positively influence others and other departments
- Innovation: Do not be constrained by norms or the status quo; see failure and change as opportunities for growth and evolution
- Ownership: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and act as an owner, driving persistently toward the vision even in challenging situations
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role (certification welcome)
- 3+ years of software or digital service management experience
- Experience leading cross-departmental projects
- Proven track record of designing and improving products from a user-centric perspective

Work Style: Hybrid (4 days WFH)
