職務内容
A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual QA Manager, with in the Delivery Team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endto-end testing activities across multiple systems
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
- Manage a team of QA engineers (onshore + offshore vendors)
- Ensure high quality through test automation and best practices
- Coordinate with business and development teams for requirements and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
- Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
- 3+ years in team leadership or QA management
- Test strategy & planning
- Automation frameworks
- Defect and release management
- Experience managing vendors / offshore teams
- Experience working in enterprise environments

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
